Trustee Nominations for 2012

Profmed is calling for nominations for two trustees to the Board of Trustees. Should you wish to submit a nomination, please complete the nomination form and other relevant documents. These documents must be submitted to the office of the Principal Officer before 15h30 on Friday, 9 March 2012.

Please ensure that you have read the nomination notice, which sets out the qualifying and skills requirements for trustees and the disqualifying criteria.

Nomination forms must be accompanied by a:

  • CV of the nominee
  • Declaration of conflicts of interest.

The forms below must be e-mailed to nominations2012@profmed.co.za OR submitted to fax number 011 628 8907. Hand-delivered or posted submissions will not be accepted.
