Mailback

By sending an e-mail to mailback@profmed.co.za from the member’s e-mail address registered with the Scheme, members will receive a “package” of information automatically generated by the system. This “package” contains more information than could conveniently by communicated telephonically. The information includes the latest membership details, the claims statement (last 20 claims), contribution payments, and any managed care case information.

SMS-back

This service is similar to Mailback. By texting the letters B (for benefit information), C (for claims information) or D (for membership details) to 39370 from the member’s cell phone number registered with the Scheme, the system will automatically generate the information requested. SMSs are charged at normal rates.
